THE following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Hepscott: Mrs Pauline Sawyer, land south east of Roseden Cottage, proposed detached bungalow within the garden of Roseden Cottage.

Longhorsley: Mr Dave Kelly, Burnside, porch extension.

Morpeth: Jeremy Wayman, Morpeth Railway Station, Coopies Lane, erection of glass windbreak to Platform 1; Mr P Rowlinson, 46 Townsend Crescent, Kirkhill, non-material amendment to application 12/01768/FUL.

Ponteland: Mr Gordon Rowell, land north of 84-92 Runnymede Road, Darras Hall, variation of condition 7 relating to permission CM/20090080 (proposed erection of four dwellings with association access and landscaping) to read ‘no development save for works to the access road shown in drawing 2012-04 shall be commenced until a verification report demonstrating completion of the works set out in the approved remediation strategy and the effectiveness of the remediation shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The report shall include results of sampling and monitoring carried out in accordance with the approved verification plan to demonstrate that the site remediation criteria have been met.
