THE following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Belsay: Mr and Mrs Barrie Dent, West Lodge, single storey rear extension.

Longhirst: Richard Tordoff, Longhirst Farm House, Tree Preservation Order application to fell dead tree in orchard.

Morpeth: Mr Martin Farrar, Strathaird, Fulbeck, erection of single storey detached garage to the east of the site with flat roof; Colin Ormston, 1 Long Drive, Loansdean, single storey extension to rear to provide family room.

Ponteland: Mr Robert Miller, Northumberland College, Kirkley Hall, Kirkley, demolition of existing tractor shed and erection of a new classroom block with a new courtyard landscape, erection of modern tractor shed and sub-station; also Listed Building Consent; Mr John Johnston, 4 Callerton Court, extension to extend garage to front; Mr David Orange, 11 Richmond Way, Darras Hall, Tree Preservation Order application to fell three oak and two beech trees.

Ulgham: Mr A Rutherford, land north of River Lyne, Linton Lane, Longhirst, installation of one mid-scale wind turbine of maximum height to tip of 77m and including a hardstanding area, small sub-station enclosure, on-site access track, temporary guyed meteorological mast and associated infrastructure.
