A Morpeth-based charity is raising funds and awareness on two occasions in the week ahead.
On Saturday, Contact Morpeth Mental Health’s new chairman Rhona Dunn will operate a stall in the Market Place from 9.30am.
Items such as bags, scarves and jewellery will be available.
And the organisation’s premises in Grey’s Yard, Oldgate, will be holding a summer fair and open day on Tuesday.
The attractions include craft stalls inside and outside, a tombola, clothing for sale, cupcakes and other refreshments.
In addition, those who attend can find out more about the charity.
Contact Morpeth Mental Health offers counselling, complementary therapy, craft and creative writing sessions, drop-in services, social activities, therapeutic breaks and outings among other support services and a set of computers are available for use.
The event will run between 10am and 2pm.
