The officials from the Northern League club attended the national stadium along with representatives from their FA Vase finalists, Hereford FC.

The agenda for the whole day was discussed, going through in detail and covering everything from coach arrival into the tunnel to size of sponsorship logos on the team shirts and tracksuits.

It was confirmed that to date Morpeth have sold almost 2,500 tickets for the match, with Hereford approaching 17,000 ticket sales.

The two clubs playing in the FA Trophy Final have sold approximately 12,000 tickets between them, meaning a total crowd, once all tickets have been sold, is expected to exceed 50,000.

The delegation from Morpeth were treated to a trip round the stadium by competition organiser Tom Fehler and competition manager Chris Darnell.
