The new uniform for the customer service team at Sanderson Arcade in Morpeth was inspired by Northumberland’s rich heritage.
The red and gold of the county’s flag is reflected in the jacket and the uniform also includes a black and white traditional Northumbrian tartan tie and waistcoat. The traditional top hat and waistcoat will remain part of the smart new look in keeping with the shopping centre’s Edwardian-style architecture.
It was designed and supplied by the London tailors Joseph Alan.
Centre manager Medi Parry said: “The Beadles are a great asset to the Arcade. We think the new uniform looks fantastic and hope our shoppers will agree.”
