On the trail of gardener
Visitors are invited to follow in the footsteps of landscape architect Capability Brown in a charity open day.
As part of the National Gardens Scheme (NGS), people are invited to visit the beautiful walled garden of Wallington, before heading to nearby Cambo, where Brown went to school, and taking tea in the former school room, now the village hall.
It takes place on Sunday, from 10am to 5pm.
Normal Wallington admission charges apply, plus £5 to visit Cambo, including refreshment, with all money going to the NGS to support charities.
