Last year’s event had to be cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions. However, the club is pleased to announce that the 2021 competition will take place on Saturday, May 8, from 8am to 3pm.

Fishery rules apply, with a maximum catch of eight fish. There are prizes for both the adult and junior sections.

The entry fees are £28 for adults and £10 for juniors (up to the age of 17). It is now possible to pay by debit or credit card on the day.

Organising Lion Graham Tait said “We look forward to meeting our regular ang-lers and hope to see many new faces. This event could not happen without North-umbrian Water (Leisure) and our other sponsors.”
