Planning applications

THE following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Hepscott: Mr David Hopson, Swallow Barn, Catchburn, proposed new porch.

Longhorsley: Mr and Mrs Evans, Emmaus, West Road, proposed construction of two storey detached residential two bed dwelling with three storey turret feature providing access to roof terrace.

Morpeth: Mr Graham Jobling, 9 Swinton Close, Stobhill Manor, construction of utility room, conversion of garage into living accommodation.

Mr Mark Harrison, 42 De Mowbray Way, Lancaster Park, proposed front porch, new tiled roof and alterations.

Ponteland: Mrs Lesley Marshall, 18 Parklands, Darras Hall, non-material amendment to permission 13/00064/FUL (proposed garden room and en-suite extension, canopy over front door, new tiled pitched roof over garage in place of felted roof and extension to driveway), amendment relates to the omission of en-suite extension and canopy and alteration to garden room, corners squared off.

Mr Ian Young, 21 Meadowvale, proposed two storey extension to side to accommodate garage and sitting room to ground floor and additional bedroom to first floor; Mr and Mrs Steve Edwards, 102 Western Way, proposed family room extension and extension to main roof and existing dormer windows.

Stamfordham: Mr S Riddell, Stable Cottage, Cheeseburn Grange, Listed Building Consent, vacant two storey stable block to be converted to art gallery.

Wallington Demesne: Mr P Steele, New Deanham Cottage, Middleton, replacement of existing conservatory.

Whalton: Mr and Mrs Ross Hobson, March Plantation, replacement single family dwelling with replacement ancillary buildings (detached workshop and garage).
