THE following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Belsay: Mr and Mrs J Russell, Bolam Hall Garden Cottage, Bolam, orangery to rear.

Ellington and Linton: Mr Patrick Page, Amble House, Lynemouth Road, Ellington, single storey double garage to front with disabled staircase.

Hebron: Northumberland Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust, Northgate Hospital, variation of conditions 26 and 27 of permissions 12/00520/VARYCO (variation of condition 26 to application 11/01439/FUL, minor material amendment to install photovoltaic cells to the south facing roof pitches and to amend the layout of Villa 19), variation relates to the re-configuration of car park and vehicular access to Villa 19.

Stamfordham: Cheeseburn Estate, Leaguer House, Eachwick, non-material amendment to permission 11/01776/COU (change of use and conversion of agricultural buildings to two residential units with associated storage), amendment relates to change of appearance to garage doors to store 3.

Stannington: Rontec Service Station, Service Station, Fisher Lane, Seaton Burn, advertisement consent for one 6.5m flag sign with Esso branding and internally illuminated lighting.

Thirston: Mrs Christina White, Oak House, Eshott Village Main Road, Eshott, T1 cherry, remove end weighted branch, crown lift all trees in rear garden as previously done by approximately 3metres.
