Planning bids submitted to county council

The following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Belsay: Mr Stephen Davison, land north east of Bolam Lake House, retrospective, construction of agricultural building for the rearing of young calves, lambing shed and storage.

Longhirst: Mr Guy Rollisson, 29 Micklewood Close, erection of 8ft x 6ft garden shed.

Matfen: Mr and Mrs P Naughton and Mrs S Christer, land south west of South Fens Farm, Stamfordham, construction of stables for private use.

Morpeth: The Boots Company, Stead and Simpson, 21 Bridge Street, advertisement consent for one non-illuminated folded aluminium fascia with non-illuminated Boots lozenge and one non-illuminated replacement double-sided panel to existing bracket; Jason Oakley, land West Lane End to Fulbeck Grange, re-build of approx. 1.5km of 20kv overhead line; Mrs Caroline Clayton, 35 Whinham Way, Stobhill Farm, proposed garden room.

Ponteland: Mr Colin Caygill, 6 Edgewood, Darras Hall, Tree Preservation Order, removal of one oak and two beech trees; Mr and Mrs J Handley, 45 The Rise, Darras Hall, non-material amendment to permission 12/00166/FUL (construction of two-storey extension, external alterations to include installation and renewal of dormer windows, chimney stack, balcony to first floor rear elevation and extension to garage); Jennifer Gill, land at Prestwick Hall Estate, Prestwick, screening opinion for proposed solar PV project.

Widdrington Station and Stobswood: Mr Philip Brown, The Granary, Ulgham Park Farm, two windows to external walls.
