The following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Acklington: Mr and Mrs Michael Blackburn, 7 Guyzance Village, dining room and bedroom extension to rear.

Cresswell: Mr Leslie Coleman, Woodleas, Cresswell Road, Tree Preservation Order application to fell one ash and two sycamores, trim branches of two elms overhanging adjacent property back to stem.

Ellington and Linton: Mr B Davison, West Moor Farm, Ellington, change of use from agricultural building to dwelling.

Heddon On The Wall: Mrs Fiona Liddle, 284 Hexham Road, single storey rear extension.

Morpeth: Mr Jordan Arkle, 1 Armstrong Terrace, Middle Greens, raising of part of boundary wall and installation of garage door into rear yard; Greater Morpeth Development Trust, buildings at south west of Morpeth Train Station, Coopies Lane, re-modelling of building and reinstatement of portico entrance, provision of station ticketing counter, office, cafeteria and business units.
