Hepscott: Mr Derek Huntley, Langdale, proposed demolition of existing dwelling and outbuildings and creation of new house with separate garage and modified gated entrance.

Ponteland: Mr Dave Maughan, Clickemin Farmhouse, Clickemin, rear ground-floor lean-to, pitched-roof extension, side ground and first-floor extension, with new pitched roof creating a new gable and detached garage as amended by revised site layout plan (received by the council on December 21); Mr Grant Richardson, 50 Dunsgreen, proposed extension to create larger kitchen/dining room to the rear – existing sun room will be demolished; Mr and Mrs Alan Bell, 28 Meadow Court, Darras Hall, proposed garage extension, new tiled roof to replace felted roof and internal alterations; Mr Richard Olds, 19 Eastern Way, Darras Hall, demolition of existing property and construction of new five-bedroom detached house with attached garage; Mrs Gemma Perez, 10 Richmond Way, Darras Hall, two-storey side extension, single storey rear with lean-to roof and new front porch.
Thirston: Mr James Humberstone, Kirkhill, West Thirston, works to trees in a conservation area – remove two cherry trees, three willow trees, one conifer tree, one beech tree and one sycamore tree; cut back overhanging limb of an ash tree, raise crown of a cherry tree to about 7m from ground level, remove shrubs in borders and replant, and cut back hedging on west boundary to fence line.
Tritlington and West Chevington: Mr Duncan Peters, 3 Shield Green Farm, Tritlington, certificate of lawfulness for an existing use of land as domestic garden.
Wallington Demesne: Mr John Walton, West Grange Sawmill, West Grange Drive, Scots Gap, demolition of sawmill and erection of four dwellings.
