The following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

East Chevington: Mr May, 11 Manor Grange, North Broomhill, tree preservation order application – fell two beech trees.
Ellington and Linton: Mr Chris Sanderson, South Linton Farm, Linton Lane, allow orangery to rear to be extended in depth by one metre, skylight detail to roof of kitchen, minor alteration to window positions and glass porch detail.
Heddon on the Wall: EE Limited, land west of Heddon View, Birks Road, replacement of the exiting 14.70m monopole, including three antennas and one 300mm dish antenna, with a new 17.50m monopole plus additional 300mm dish antenna, and the removal of an equipment cabinet followed by the installation of a new equipment cabinet, plus ancillary works.
Longhirst: Mr Keith Launchbury, 16 Micklewood Close, erection of garden shed of timber and glass construction; Longhirst Development Limited, Longhirst Hall, variation of condition 2 (approved plans) pursuant to listed building consent 14/02117/LBC in order to allow the reconfiguration of parking spaces and landscaping; Mr Stephen Cowell, Cricket Pavillon, Longhirst Hall, change of use from existing D1 non-residential institution to C3 residential.
Meldon: Mr J. Atkinson, land north of Quarry House, prior approval of proposed change of use of an agricultural storage building to a four-bedroom house.
