Planning bids submitted to the county council

The following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Hepscott: Mrs Louise Fenn, 12 The Orchard, single storey rear extension on existing conservatory.

Longhirst: Mr Brian Rudd, Warren Cottage, erection of stone chimney stack.

Longhorsley: Mr Ian Carmichael, North Birks, prior notification for agricultural shed.

Mitford: Chris Laws, land south west of Fontside, electricity works, change low voltage overhead conductors to aerial bunched conductors and installation of two wood poles to existing line.

Morpeth: Mr Keith Thomson, Jacob Conroy and Son, 8 Manchester Street, garage conversion to form new doctors’ room and store with amendments to roof, access ramp; Mr Alec McKay, 67 Grange Road, Stobhill Grange, conservatory to rear; Mrs Michelle Punton, 43 Townsend Crescent, Kirkhill, demolition of utility to rear and replacement with single storey kitchen extension, raised decking area to rear of proposed extension, retrospective approval for replacement of windows and rendering works to front.

Pegswood: Mr Dave Pollard, former Ex-servicemen’s and Sports Club, Main Street, variation of condition 2 of permission 14/01108/FUL, demolition of former ex-service sports and social club and erection of retail store, including associated car parking, landscaping, access and pedestrian access to synthetic sports pitch.

Ponteland: Mr Christopher Bird, Self Unlimited, North Road, non-material amendment relating to permission 12/01935/FUL (demolition of buildings and redevelopment of the site for 38 dwellings, open space and associated access and engineering works); Mrs Paula Mason, 27 Willow Way, Darras Hall, orangery extension to rear in place of conservatory.
