Lynemouth: Mr Dinesh Kohli, Lynemouth Service Station, Albion Terrace, retrospective applications – change of use from petrol station to car wash and advertisement consent for one banner and one steel plate sign.
Morpeth: Mrs Sharon Chappell, 65 Lindisfarne Lane, Stobhill Grange, bedroom extension above garage and utility with en-suite, internal alterations and lounge extension to front; Mrs Lesley Bowden, Wild Acres, Wansdyke, Lancaster Park, tree preservation order application – remedial pruning and deadwooding to 38 trees (12 ash, nine cherry, nine sycamore, four lime, two acer, one sorbus and one horse chestnut), thinning of 25 per cent in total.
Pegswood: Mr Frazer Thompson, former Cookswell House, High Onstead, listed building consent application – proposed replacement of external windows.
Ponteland: Ms Eileen Symonds, 164 Eastern Way, Darras Hall, tree preservation order application – crown reduce a lime tree by 25 per cent and remove the broken branch that is held up in the crown of the tree.
Stannington: Mr and Mrs Fleming, land south of Furrow Grove, Station Road, construction of six bungalows.
Widdrington Station and Stobswood: Mr Tony Winder, Karva Furniture, proposed residential development of nine houses.
