Heddon on the Wall: Mr K Watson, South Houghton Farm, re-development of existing commercial brewery site – providing 11 new build dwellings and six conversions, including the demolition of existing modern agricultural-style buildings and bungalow.
Longhirst: Mr Neil Preston, The Old Dairy, 3 Fawdon House Farm, erection of oak timber-framed carport, incorporating log store.
Mitford: Mr D Malone, The Portacabin, N1 Golf Centre, Tranwell Woods, extension of existing clubhouse, including refurbishment and provision of a new American Golf store.
Morpeth: Mr Ian Poll, 2 Low Stobhill, Stobhill Grange, pitched tiled roof on existing garage.
Ponteland: Mr Norman Scholefield, 30 Hawthorn Way, Darras Hall, demolish existing porch, erect new porch c/w canopy on enlarged footprint.
Stannington: Miss Sarah Hutchinson, 1 Shepherds Cote Drive, Hepscott Park, construction of a single dwelling, access, landscaping and associated engineering works; Mr and Mrs Grieves, Blencathra House, 3 Blencathra Court, St Mary’s Park, ground floor rear extension and loft conversion.
Widdrington Station and Stobswood: Ms Christine Holland, land north of Alma House, Stobswood, construction of a single two-storey four-bedroom detached house with integral garaging and access.
