Ponteland: M F Hall, land west of West Thorn, Kirkley, one agricultural worker’s dwelling and associated access, parking and amenity space; Mr and Mrs Darren Lawton, 11 Regency Way, Darras Hall, ground floor garage and playroom extension, first floor bedroom extension, conversion of existing garage and erection of canopy to front elevation.
Stamfordham: Mrs Laidlaw, 12 Grange Road, proposed alterations to change doctors surgery back to the original use of a residential dwelling.
Stannington: Mrs Elizabeth Common, 53 Station Road, proposed 40 by 20 metre riding arena, bounded by timber rail fencing.
