Planning schemes submitted to council

The following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Acklington: Mr and Mrs H Averley, The Hemmel, Bank House Farm, variation of condition 4 (windows) and removal of conditions 5 (permanent residential accommodation), 8 (agricultural use/holiday let) and 9 (no overnight accommodation) of permission A/2010/0132 restoration of hemmel building, to be used for agricultural storage only and include camping accommodation as amended.

Heddon On The Wall: Mr A Graham, Close House, construction of temporary office building within overflow car park to provide office space, staff facilities and storage area for the hotel and golf club.

Morpeth: Mr Peter Forsythe, 36B Newgate Street, change of use and conversion from part office/part accommodation to two flats with associated external alterations comprising of replacement windows and replacement of a first floor window with a folding door with handrail; Mr Abdul Muhit, Morpeth Tandoori Takeaway, 10 Chantry Place, installation of external extraction duct work at rear of premises rising to a height of 1m above eaves; Mr Alan Smith, 35 Ghyll Edge, Lancaster Park, non-material amendment of 14/00980/FUL (erection of first floor extension over garage).

Ponteland: Mr Forood Ranaie, 46 Woodside, Darras Hall, construction of replacement dwelling; Mr Ken Lee, 23 Whinfell Road, continued construction of replacement dwelling and detached garage as permission CM/20080741, material operations carried out to initiate works in August 2011, determination requested for whether planning permission is extant following query from neighbouring property; Mr Wai Phyo, 5 Regency Way, Darras Hall, Tree Preservation Order application to crown lift one beech to height of 3m; Mr A Minnikin, 88 The Rise, replacement dwelling.
