Plans are in the pipeline

THE following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Acklington: Mr Gary Wilson, 11 Bank House Farm, Listed Building Consent, ground floor single storey extension to adjoin existing extension, measuring 4.5m x 3m, built in stone to match existing, there would be no doors and no windows, roof to be slate to match existing with two conservation roof lights.

East Chevington: Mr Paul Allen, Woodside Farm House, Red Row, demolition of dwelling and build replacement dwelling.

Ellington and Linton: Mr Roy McCallan, 28 Second Row, Linton, proposed garage.

Hartburn: Mr John Dickson, land north east of West Marlish Farmhouse, stable to be constructed next to garage.

Hepscott: Ms J Kelly, 1 Thornlea, demolition of front porch and construction of new.

Morpeth: Mr Neil Crighton, land east and west of Mathesons Gardens, Tree Preservation Order, pollard 11 sycamore trees and two ash to 1m above gutter height, crown lift to 3.5-4m to four elder trees, one oak, one lime, two lilac, one holly, one sycamore, two cherry and one maple; Mr Jimmy Prescott, Morpeth Conservative Club, 41 Newgate Street, removal of 16 timber double glazed sliding sash windows (fitted without consent) and replace with timber single glazed sliding sash windows to be painted white; Mr Tallantyre, land west of Tallantyres, Mains Place, works to trees in a conservation area, fell one sorbus and one alder; Mr Stephen Rebair, 19 Southgate Wood, Tree Preservation Order, crown lift to 1.8m to one sycamore and one beech.

Ponteland: Miss Julie Gibson, First floor, Ash House, Bell Villas, change of use from offices into hairdressing salon; Mr and Mrs P Farnell, 53 Woodside, conservatory to rear; Mr and Mrs William Barker, 19 Longmeadows, Darras Hall, non-material amendment to permission 12/03485/FUL (proposed extension, new roof and dormer windows and render to existing house), alteration to front window.

Stamfordham: Mr David Barlow, Silver Hill House, Dalton, first floor side extension over sun room to create accessible annex accommodation for an elderly relative.

Wallington Demesne: Mr and Mrs C Hinson, The Old School House, Cambo, internal alterations and extension to form new bedroom, kitchen and utility.
