Plans are put to council

THE following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Hartburn: Mr Matthew Fenwick, land north of Angerton Steads, prior notification for a general purpose agricultural building measuring 30.5m x 15.25m x 6.1m average height to eaves.

Heddon On The Wall: Mr David Cheesbrough, Heddon Haugh, Station Road, two storey extension to rear for utility/bedroom/en-suites and single-storey extension to front for sunroom and new bay window.

Hepscott: Mr R Armstrong, 16 Thornlea, proposed construction of attached garage, study and orangery.

Lynemouth: Lynemouth Power Station, Woodhorn, Ashington, prior notification for demolition of steel-framed buildings and associated plant and silos.

Matfen: Mr and Mrs Paul Naughton, South Fens Farm, Stamfordham, application to replace an extant planning permission in order to extend the time for implementation relating to approved planning application CM/20090457.

Morpeth: Dr Henry Woodford, Lansdown House, 90 Newgate Street, Listed Building Consent to replace external rendering to the rear of the property; Mr B Peaty, 1 Crookham Grove, Stobhill Manor, Tree Preservation Order application to crown thin by approximately 25 per cent and crown cleaning of dead wood on sycamore tree; Mr Christopher Steele, 8 North Leech, Lancaster Park, convert garage into study/utility, construct extension above garage to provide extra bedroom, extend kitchen and bedroom above and create additional car-parking space.

Ponteland: Mrs E Scott-Batey, 10-10A West Road, retrospective, update existing shop front, replace rotten windows, double doors and frames to be removed and replaced, fascia to be removed and re-built.
