THE following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

East Chevington: Mr Pat Costello, land west of Grey Arms Court, Red Row, alteration to garage to form new dwelling.

Heddon On The Wall: Mr Keith Loveridge, 2 Killiebrigs, proposed kitchen extension to the side elevation.

Longhirst: Mr Glenn Richardson, 21 Micklewood Close, retrospective, construction of garden shed.

Morpeth: Mr Charles MacGregor, Sainsbury’s Supermarket, Shields Road, conversion of part of the building known as The Black Swan into three bedroom residential apartment on two levels;

Mr Kash Pandya, Somersby Grange, Somersby Wood, re-submission of 13/03294/FUL, construction of car port over existing car turning area relating to existing three storey detached house;

Mr Andrew Michie, land north west of Fulbeck Grange, outline application for replacement dwelling, detached garage and new access following demolition of Rose Cottage, Fulbeck;

Mr Anthony Penketh, 15 Kendor Grove, Loansdean, addition of sun room on rear of building.

Pegswood: Mr John Garner, 37 Beaumont Court, erection of detached garage to the front of house.

Ponteland: Mr Graeme Shield, West Thorn Farm, Kirkley, variation of condition 6 of permission CM/20100399 (demolish open farm buildings, demolish farmhouse, convert redundant farm buildings to five dwelling houses and construct dwelling house);

HF Trust, North Road, proposal to install a single storey residential registered care facility for people with learning disabilities, the proposed Portakabin Limited Ultima modular building will be hired from Portakabin Limited for three years.
