The following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Ellington and Linton: Dr Jonas Pettersson, 2 High Farm Cottages, Ellington, Listed Building Consent, removal of two fireplaces to reinstate original openings to allow addition of log burners, remove and replace artex coated plasterboard ceiling in living room.

Hepscott: Till Services, land east of Turner Square, Choppington Road, Stobhillgate, outline application for ten affordable apartments with all matters reserved except access.

Matfen: Mr Keith Irving, land east of West Fenwick Farm Buildings, Fenwick, variation of condition 2 of approved application 13/03515/FUL.

Meldon: Mr James Moffat, East Steading, Nunriding Steads, Nunriding Hall, retrospective, installation of 16 0.25kw solar PV panels to south facing roof; also Listed Building Consent.

Mitford: Mrs Joanne Coulson, Greystones, Stable Green, demolition of two storey detached dwelling and erection of two storey detached dwelling; Ms Jay Gill, land west of Lancaster Park, Pinewood Drive, screening for outline planning application.

Morpeth: Lidl UK, land of former Total Filling Station, Stanley Terrace, extension to car park; Marks and Spencer, 24-25 Sanderson Arcade, installation of temporary storage container.

Mr Dinesh Kohli, 59 Newgate Street, change of use from office to two residential units and internal alterations; also Listed Building Consent.

Mr James Parkin, Plots 25-28A The Kylins, Loansdean, non-material amendment for alteration of the roof designs from CM/05/D/603 (demolition of buildings and provision of 48 dwellings, 40 apartments with improved highway access).
