Hide AdIt operates on a choice based letting service to ensure that social rented properties are allocated to those people, most in need.
During the coronavirus lockdown, the service was suspended and it has only been possible to allocate housing, both on a temporary and permanent basis, under exceptional circumstances.
Coun John Riddle, cabinet member with responsibility for housing, said: “As lockdown restrictions are now being eased we are looking to resume this important service in a way that is safe for our staff and the public.”
