Publishers signs two Butland novels

Bonnier Zaffe is set to publish two new novels by Stephanie Butland.

Set in York, the first novel, What Loveday Knew, tells the story of bookseller Loveday Cardew who likes words and the literary treasures she handles more than she likes most people.

There is currently no title for the second of the two novels.

Eleanor Dryden, Publishing director at Bonnier Zaffe, said: “Set in York, the first novel, What Loveday Knew, tells the story of bookseller Loveday Cardew who likes words and the literary treasures she handles more than she likes most people.”

The first novel will be published in February 2017 with the second in 2018.
