Range of planning bids put forward to county council


The following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Hartburn: Mrs Charlotte Bennett, land south east of Angerton South Moor, change of use of paddock land to site a traditional shepherds hut holiday accommodation for private and glamping use.

Lynemouth: The Coal Authority, land east of Pithead Baths, proposed solar PV scheme.

Morpeth: Mr Abdul Muhit, 10A Chantry Place, change of use of the first and second floor from B1 use class to D2 use class to allow for a dance studio, yoga classes and also well-being classes for post-natal depression sufferers; Mr and Mrs Mark Dolder, 6 Kings Avenue, extension to form family room, new bay window in place of conservatory, gym, utility room, boot room courtyard and internal alterations.

Netherwitton: Mr Mark Robson, land west of Bide-A-Wee, Stanton, conversion of existing building and insertion of pitched roof to provide one residential property (C3 use).

Ponteland: Mr David Thompson, 2 West Road, proposed single storey sun room extension; Mr Ray Moloney, 2 Medburn Close, Medburn, construction of a new residential dwelling and associated landscaping of Plot 3; Mrs R Bell, 20 The Rise, Darras Hall, proposed rear extension to replace existing conservatory, proposed conversion of roof space to create additional two bedrooms including two dormer windows, proposed new dwarf wall/pillars and entrance gates to front elevation; Mr Shaun Ramsey, 121 Darras Road, Darras Hall, proposed rear first floor extension above existing ground floor footprint to master bedroom; Mr and Mrs Craig and Jacqueline Gardner, 212 Darras Road, Darras Hall, single storey extension to rear of property and two-storey extension to east side of property.
