The following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.
East Chevington: Mr D. Angus, land north of Whitefield Farm Barns, Main Street, Red Row, detached two-storey dwelling and highway access.
Hepscott: Mr and Mrs Fryer, Burnside, outline planning application including access, with all other matters reserved, for three detached dwellings.
Morpeth: Diocese of Hexham and Newcastle, Collingwood House, Oldgate, listed building consent application – under pinning to kitchen walls and structural repairs to walls, floors and roof-timbers, internal alterations to include new kitchen and ceilings in church hall, internal alterations to Presbytery to include upgraded shower, toilet and kitchen fittings, creation of office space and installation of new boiler and associated flue; Mr Michael O’Driscoll, first and second floors, 21A-23 Bridge Street, convert vacant first and second floor office accommodation into four residential dwellings – works to include refurbishment of central stairwell, windows and parking area to rear of property.
Ponteland: A. Jackson (Westcotes) Ltd, land south west of Westcotes, Milbourne, erection of an agricultural shed to house a combined heat and power system and wood chip drying area in association with Westcotes Farm; Mr David Brookes, 13 Parklands, Darras Hall, proposed reduction in ridge height of main roof due to reduction in pitch of front roof slope, new pitched roof to rear dormer window and new render finish to all elevations; Mr Romel Soka, 49 Runnymede Road, Darras Hall, proposal to demolish existing dwelling and construct a new single family dwelling plus garage, associated driveway, revised road access and front boundary treatment; Mr Blakey, 133 Eastern Way, Darras Hall, proposed construction of bay window to side elevation; Mr and Mrs Simon Cairns, 21 Woodlands, Darras Hall, proposed family room extension and ground floor bedroom extension.
Stannington: Mr Neil Byford, 5 Beamish Way, St Mary’s Park, proposed two-metre high brick boundary wall with timber gates.
Whalton: Mrs Kirsty Meek, Cockhill Farm (C153 at Shilvington), proposed replacement livestock building.
