The following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.
Lynemouth: Ms Jan Clark, 3 West Market Street, retrospective application for an ATM upon front elevation.
Morpeth: Mr Graeme Stock, 2 Upper Fenwick Grove, proposal for the remodelling of existing building including removal of redundant chimney and replacement of structural beam, relocation of entrance door to improve access, creation of additional en-suite bathroom, removal of existing attached garage and replacement with larger detached garage and replacement and re-sizing of upper storey windows on the west and south elevations.
