East Chevington: Mr Dawson, Nordstrom House, Deputy Row, North Broomhill, new galvanised palisade fencing to existing site boundary at a height of 2.1m.

Matfen: Mrs P Stewart, land north of Pasture House, Ingoe, proposed installation of 24 ground mounted photovoltaic solar panels to generate electricity.

Morpeth: Mr Chris Paton, 3 St Georges Square, erection of balcony to the east elevation of the property to first floor – to be accessed via French doors installed above a single storey offshoot; Mrs Lilian Tomlin, 50 Lindisfarne Lane, Stobhill Grange, proposed two-storey side extension; Mr Chris Stocks, 2 The Crescent, Loansdean, proposed two-storey side extension and single storey rear extension.

Nunnykirk: Mr Gordon Carmichael, Todburn Moor Farm, change of use from agricultural farm building with old adjacent cattle pens to a dwelling house.

Ponteland: Dr Caroline Pryer, Ponteland Middle School, Callerton Lane, advertisement consent for a permanent hoarding attached to the wall at the entrance of the school’s staff car park; Dr Umear Ahmad, 56 Errington Road, Darras Hall, proposed rear extension to form kitchen/family room, extension over garage to form bedroom/ensuite, merging of roof structure to suit new layout replacement windows/heating/electrical/insulation, render entire building in through colour render (white) and internal alterations/general modernisation; Higgins & Winter, 17 Bell Villas, proposed single storey extension.

Stannington: Mr Cazaly, land south of Station Road and east of the railway line, change of use of an agricultural building into a single dwelling; Mr Ross Cavanagh, 14 Eden Walk, St Mary’s Park, formation of a dormer window within the occupied roof space of the dwelling.
