Planning applications to go before Northumberland County Council.

Hebron: Mr John Carson (Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust), Northgate Hospital, proposal for soil from the autism unit construction excavations to be redistributed in mounds within the site.

Heddon on the Wall: Mr and Mrs Young, The Old School House, Allerburn, demolition of existing life-expired portable build to create garage/storage/office extension linked to main property.

Morpeth: Mr I. Rutherford, Lemon & Lime, 32 Newgate Street, listed building consent application – new external door and internal alterations to form new shop; applicant name not available, Unit 1, former Morrisons store, Stanley Terrace, advertisement consent for the installation of two internally illuminated retail fascia signs; applicant name not available, former Davidsons of Morpeth site, Bridge End, variation of condition 2 (approved plans) pursuant to planning permission 15/02224/FUL – change to design development.

Ponteland: Mr Paul Debbage, 209 Darras Road, Darras Hall, demolition of existing garage with new tandem garage to be built to the eastern side of house, new front boundary hedge and widened driveway access and conversion of existing bungalow into two-storey house with upper extension; Mr Christopher Coffey, 39 Eland Edge, side extension to first floor; Miss Anne Gardner, 23 Rowan Drive, two-storey side extension and single-storey rear extension.
