Range of planning proposals lodged with county council

The following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Planning applications to go before Northumberland County Council.

Belsay: Rev Michael Bryce, St Andrew’s Church, Bolam, proposed construction of war memorial; Mr Brian Harper, Foulmartlaw Stable House, Gallowhill, proposed general purpose agricultural building.

Hartburn: Mr Bullough, Hartburn House, construction of a single detached dwelling.

Ponteland: Mrs Nabila Rani, 160 Runnymede Road, Darras Hall, proposed two-storey extension to form garages with bedroom over, portico and entrance canopy, enlarged driveway with entrance gates and piers and internal alterations; Mr Stephen Treanor, land north of 84-92 Runnymede Road, Darras Hall, development of single dwelling with associated landscaping and vehicular and pedestrian access;

Stannington: Mr Robert Downer, Seed House, Blagdon Hall, Seaton Burn, listed building consent application – proposed conversion of Seed House at Blagdon Estate to residential property; Mr G. Wox, land west of 69 Station Road, erection of a new agricultural building; Mr Mark Warr, 7 The Glebe, tree preservation order application – with ash tree T6, crown reduce by reducing top laterals by 1.8m and side laterals by 1.2m, crown thin by 20 per cent, deal with deadwood and remove crossing branches and remove two lower branches, with ash tree T7, crown reduce by reducing top laterals by 1.5m and side laterals by 1m, remove one lower branch, deal with deadwood and remove any crossing branches and with ash trees T8 and T9, crown reduce by reducing top laterals by 1.5m and side laterals by 1m, crown thin by 15 per cent and remove dead/crossing branches.
