Range of planning proposals lodged with Northumberland County Council


The following planning applications have been lodged with Northumberland County Council.

Cresswell: Mr and Mrs Bill and Alva Hawkins, Alville, Cresswell Road, removal of existing flat roof to rear of property and extension of existing pitched roof over, as well as the construction of three dormer windows and one bay window.

Heddon on the Wall: Mr Tony Clark, 12 Campus Martius, single storey rear extension.

Hepscott: Mr Dale Robinson, Greystoke, variation to condition two (approved plans) of planning permission 11/02867/FUL to allow the construction of a fence.

Meldon: Mr Richard Taran, East Thornton Farm, Northside, proposed steel framed building for general purpose use.

Morpeth: Mr Gary Colonel, 1 Highford Gardens, High Church, construction of a two-storey extension to side of existing dwelling.

Ponteland: Mr and Mrs Mason, 11 Deyncourt, Darras Hall, construction of boundary wall with railings, electronic vehicle timber access gates and separate timber pedestrian access gate to front elevation of property; Mr and Mrs P. Ince, Brown Rigg, Dissington Lane, proposed hallway extension at front with dormer window and new sliding doors at rear with decking; Mr Andrew Kingsland, 14 Beechwood Place, single storey rear extension to provide kitchen/family room.

Stannington: Miss Marie Lodge, 10 Bowmont Walk, St Mary’s Park, retrospective application for a 1.8m close boarded timber fence.

Widdrington Station and Stobswood: Mr Peter Wilson, 1 and 2 East Stobswood Farm Cottages, Widdrington Station, conversion of two cottages into one and construction of sun room and utility extensions.

Widdrington Village: Mr H. Annett, Widdrington Farm, proposed change of use of the coffee shop to dwelling, including some internal alterations and minor external alterations.
