Seal of Excellence award delight for site manager Mark

Mark Sinclair, 41, is one of 12 site managers in the North East to get a Seal of Excellence at the National House Building Council (NHBC) Pride in the Job Awards in recognition of his work at Bellway’s Augusta Drive development in Dinnington, north Newcastle.

The award winners are chosen independently by inspectors over a calendar year. They assess leadership skills, technical expertise and how on-site health and safety is managed.

Mr Sinclair said: “I am delighted to receive this award.

“The NHBC reviews all our activities on a regular basis and I must thank my team, who have worked so hard to ensure that Augusta Drive is an outstanding development.”

Neill Findlay, head of construction at Bellway, said: “Gaining a Pride in the Job Award is one of the highest accolades that a site manager can achieve.”
