Neil Lister, Site Manager for McCarthy and Stone’s William Turner Court, picked up a Pride in the Job Quality Award from the National House Builders’ Council (NHBC).

The awards recognise site managers across the country who are at the top of their profession and are creating homes of an outstandingly high standard.

Neil said: “At McCarthy and Stone, quality and attention to detail are embedded in the company culture, and, as such, everyone works together to deliver a completed development that we can all be incredibly proud of.

“It is a privilege to be at the helm of the construction team during the build programme and I’m honoured to have now received this award from the NHBC.”

A total of 20 McCarthy and Stone site managers received an award – the largest number ever received by the company.

Liz Green, Regional Sales and Marketing Director at McCarthy and Stone North East, said: “The professionalism and dedication of our site managers ensures that our developments consistently meet the highest quality standards, and I am thrilled that Neil Lister has been recognised for his commitment to excellence, from the start to the finish of the build programme.

“My congratulations go to Neil and all the other McCarthy and Stone site managers who have received this accolade from the NHBC and have helped to make 2018 our most successful year ever when it comes to Pride in the Job.”

All the successful site managers will be invited to regional awards ceremonies, and they will also go on to compete for NHBC Seal of Excellence and Regional Awards.
