The event, on Wednesday, is sponsored by Barluga Morpeth and it will take place in its private dining room.

Drop-off is between 3pm and 6.30pm and the swish is being held from 7pm to 8.30pm.

It is being hosted by local businesswoman Emma Weston-Jones.

She said: “After our zip wiring efforts of previous years, we thought it would be a nice change to be indoors, discuss clothes and sip prosecco.

“Our Clothes Swish is an opportunity for you to bring some of your own clothes and swap them with someone else’s – it’s a fun way to re-jig your wardrobe.

“We’re delighted that style guru Nichola English from Wardrobe Provocateur will be joining us to help guide us through our style choices.”

The event is ticket-only. They are priced £10, including a glass of prosecco on arrival.
