Rehearsals are well under way for Ponteland Repertory Society’s next production which will take to the stage in March.
After the huge success of Oliver! in November the group is back with Wind in the Willows at Ponteland Memorial Hall.
Well-known as a classic work of fiction the stage version has been written by Alan Bennett and brings a delightful blend of charming characters and wit.
Publicity manager Lesley Eltringham said: “We have found a diverse team of performers and stage geniuses to bring this classic to our Ponteland Repertory stage.
“Our youth theatre, ‘Preppies’, will also be taking part in performances but with adults playing the main roles.
The performance will be on show from Wednesday, March 2 to Saturday, March 5 at 7pm. With a 2pm matinee on the Saturday.
Tickets £8, under 16s £6.
