Top award at Crufts for dog owner Joanne
One of 22,000 happy, healthy dogs at Birmingham’s NEC for the world’s largest dog show, Jacob made sure to take a starring role alongside owner Joanne Graham, walking away with a Best of Breed award.
Presented by the Kennel Club, this year’s Crufts marked the 126th edition of the show, which attracts dogs and owners from all over the world as well as thousands of visitors over the course of the four days.

Hide AdAnd after enjoying their own moment in the spotlight, Mrs Graham, who lives on a farm in the village of Whalton, could not be more delighted with Jacob’s performance in the West Midlands.
“It feels pretty good to win Best of Breed – we’re thrilled and that’s another one off the bucket list,” said the 50-year-old.
“Jacob is gorgeous, absolutely gorgeous to live with. He knows he’s special and he’s my first home-bred Lowchen.
“The event has been superb. It’s great to see friends and have a good time and a laugh.
“Winning is just the icing on the cake.”

Hide AdCaroline Kisko, Kennel Club secretary, said: “This has been one of the busiest Crufts I think we’ve ever had.
“The number of people coming through the doors was just amazing and it has been a really happy show.
“We’ve had some fabulous winners and everyone has had a great time.”
