VILLAGERS will be turning back the clock next weekend as they celebrate a big anniversary.
To mark 170 years of harvest festivals in church, Hebron will be showcasing its huge collection of corn dollies.
More than 100 of these straw works will be on display in St Cuthbert’s Church as part of its harvest event next weekend (October 12 and 13).
They have been made by a group of residents, who have learned the traditional rural craft from Helen Moran.
She has been making corn dollies for 40 years and is featured here with friends Linda Bright and Ailsa Dungait.
