Wooler pancake party
A pancake party is taking place in Wooler on Shrove Tuesday.
With fun, games and pancake races, the free event promises to be a great evening for everyone aged under 12 (parents are welcome too).
Bill Eugster, of Crossing Places in Glendale, said: “As it’s the day before the start of Lent, it’s an important part of the Christian year – and it’s open to everyone to have some fun.”
The party, at the Cheviot Centre, is at 5pm on Tuesday.
