Northern Football Alliance League results (Saturday, October 19, 2013)

Premier Division Wallington maintained their good start to the season with a 3-1 home win against fellow mid-tablers Shankhouse this afternoon.

Wooler will feel disappointed having dropped two points against Division One basement side Willington Quay Saints after a 1-1 home draw. The point lifted Saints off the bottom.

Ponteland continue to struggle, losing 4-2 at Division One leaders North Shields Athletic.

Alnwick Town Reserves could not emulate their senior side in beating West Allotment Celtic. They were on the wrong side of a 3-1 scoreline at West Allotment Celtic A in Division Two.
