A bite-sized look at county

THE Chantry in Morpeth is playing host to a special book signing on Saturday.

Gary Duncan’s work, called Bite-Size Northumberland, is all about Northumberland-related trivia and miscellany, boasting 111 pages of feats and facts about England’s most northerly and most sparsely-populated county. The freelance writer and editor, based in Northumberland, has worked in various cities across the world writing for the Guardian, the Times, and the South China Morning Post.

The signing will take place from 11am to 2pm.
