The team at Morpeth’s Sanderson Arcade is hosting an Easter Eggstravaganza over the bank holiday weekend.
On Good Friday the arcade will welcome a fantastic Old English Falconry birds of prey display from 11am to 3pm, where children can hold and learn all about these fantastic creatures.
And from 10am on Saturday there will be lots of fun family activities and entertainment, including free face painting, a balloon modeller and Easter themed stilt walkers.
There will be children’s craft activities, including egg painting, and there will also be an Easter egg treat trail around the arcade to take part in, with chocolatey prizes up for grabs.
There will also be an Easter-themed pets’ corner where children will have the opportunity to pet and hold some chicks and bunnies, from 10am to 1pm.
Joel Plumley, Centre Manager at Sanderson Arcade, said: “We are really looking forward to Easter this year and have decided to fill the weekend with lots of activities and entertainment for all the family to enjoy.”
