TALENTED students put their artwork in the spotlight in the Ponteland High Arts Showcase.
Visitors were invited to the school to see the creativity of pupils in various year groups in an annual exhibition.
The display aimed to celebrate youngsters’ artistic achievements and included exam work, textiles, media studies projects and fashion items made from recycled materials. There was also material from the school’s Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths extra-curricular club.
The exhibition was open to the public for one evening earlier this month, but work has remained on show for pupils and visitors to the school to view.
