A FAMILY fun day for charity will be held at a Cresswell caravan park on Sunday.
Featuring children’s fairground rides, a bouncy castle, hot tubs, stalls, pony rides and more, the fun takes place at Golden Sands Holiday Park in Beach Road from noon to 4pm.
The proceeds will be given to The Royal British Legion, which provides help and welfare to the serving and ex-Service community and their families, as the park’s chosen charity for 2011.
Owner Nigel Thompson said: “As well as it being the Legion’s 90th anniversary, it is also Golden Sands’ 20th anniversary and we’re holiday a family fun day to celebrate both.
“Everyone is welcome to come along, have fun and help us raise funds for a well-deserving cause.”
