Bands rock to help the heroes

TWO Morpeth teenage bands will rock out for a good cause next week.

Snake Head is putting on a gig in aid of Help for Heroes with support from The Fault Lines. Both groups are made up of King Edward VI School students.

Bret McLean, singer and guitarist for Snake Head, said: “We wanted to raise a decent amount of money for such a fantastic charity and thought that a concert would be a good way to achieve this.”

The gig will take place on Friday, February 10 in the DS3 studio from 7.30pm.

Tickets priced £2 are available from Bret or any of the other members – Tom Park (guitar), Harry Thompson (bass) and David Chambers (drums) – or ring 07828 775979.
