THERE is plenty of fun to be had for a good cause in Ponteland Park on Saturday.
A festival has been organised by LegaCare, which provides advice on a range of legal issues to people who have life-limiting diseases.
It will include pony rides, golf putting competition, face painting, a magician, rides and slides, a treasure hunt, a hair and beauty salon, a coconut shy a visit from the fire brigade, a tombola, raffles and even a Star Wars parade.
There will be a barbecue and other refreshments such as ice cream, popcorn and candy floss will also be available.
The event will take place all afternoon from noon.
